Sub-processors

SFJ Capital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) uses the service providers below to run the Sunny Days Ahead app and website. Each processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and only as needed to deliver the Services. This list complements our Privacy Policy and is kept in sync with it.

Current sub-processors

  • Supabase — account authentication, database and file storage for your account, profile, profile photo and trip data. Location: EU/US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EEA.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website, including technical server logs. Location: US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Apple — the App Store and in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple, and Apple Weather (WeatherKit). Location: EU/US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Stripe — payment processing for purchases made outside the App Store; we receive only a confirmation, not your full card details. Location: EU/US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend — delivery of emails such as account confirmation, password resets, trip invites and, if you opted in, product news. Location: US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Open-Meteo — historical weather records and place search for the destinations you look at. No account or personal data is sent. Location: EU.
  • A third-party AI provider — processes the trip details you submit to generate travel suggestions, place descriptions and illustrations. We do not send your name or email address, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Location: US. Safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and tracking

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary storage (such as keeping you signed in) is used, and any measurement is cookieless and essential. If we ever introduce non-essential analytics or marketing tags, we will ask for your consent first.
